Your orders can be shipped via same day delivery services like Grab or Lalamove. Or if you live further away, we can ship your orders via J&T Express, our preferred courier.

For big prints like A4 and A3, please book same day delivery. As much as possible, we would like to avoid any damages to your prints in while in transit. We do not roll prints and only ship them in stacks or magkakapatong inside a box. So corners of the prints can get damaged if they were shipped via courier.

For heavy orders like books, please book a SAME DAY DELIVERY CAR or pickup your orders directly from the studio. Heavy orders cannot be accommodated by motorcycle delivery riders due to safety weight limitations.

Please open your prints immediately after receiving to avoid damage from humidity.We can only do so much against the Philippine weather when packing your orders for shipment.

• IMPORTANT: Shirakami Prints will not be liable for any damages to your order once the package has been surrendered to the rider.

Your orders can be shipped via same day delivery services like Grab or Lalamove for nearby areas like Bulacan, Antipolo, Rizal or Cavite. Based from our experience, same day delivery services can deliver as far as Laguna if given good weather conditions.

If you live further away, we can ship your orders via J&T Express, our preferred courier.

We will only ship prints up to A4 size for J&T shipments going outside of Metro Manila. If ordering anything with A3 sized prints, please book same day delivery via Grab, Lalamove or Transportify. As much as possible, we would like to avoid any damages to your prints in while in transit.

If you are going to Manila for a convention, we can help you schedule a same day delivery service to deliver your order to your Airbnb, hotel or rented apartment or deliver it to you during convention ingress.

We can provide extendable plastic carrying tubes for prints that are A3-sized or larger for PHP 100 each.

These are not shipping-grade tubes, only for carrying.

Since we do not roll prints, we will still ship your order in stacks or magkakapatonginside a box.

Since our paper can be thick, we are not confident with rolling prints for shipout. You may roll your prints at your own convenience.

• Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, Transportify, etc.
• Motorcycle: Good for small orders and prints up to A3 size in small quantities
• Car: Good for heavy orders like 40+ books or bulk orders of A4 and A3 prints
• Packaging Fee: Will be added to your order if your order is required more packaging materials compared to our regular orders or cannot be delivered by motorcycle riders
• Clients will always book their own riders so that your address pin is always accurate
• We will always provide our accurate pin for pickup, including a screenshot of the correct street, mobile number, and contact person via email once your order is ready for pickup
• Clients will always pay for their deliveries upon receipt, as we do not always have cash on hand to cover payments for your deliveries
• Observation: it is harder to book when you are using credits eg. Grab Wallet or Lalamove wallet, drivers prefer deliveries that pay in cash.

• J&T Express is our default courier
• By default, we pack orders in a box for security
• Small: Good for small orders
• Medium: For prints up to A5 size
• Large: Good for big and heavy orders including prints A4 and above, or huge sticker and business card/photocard orders that require extra security
• Packaging Fee: Will be added to your order if your order requires more packaging materials compared to our regular orders or if J&T pricing exceeds our initial price computation
• Shirakami Prints will drop off your packages at the nearest J&T drop off station in our areabecause sometimes drivers do not arrive in time for pickup. Our shipping fees include packaging fee and transportation fee to ensure your package arrives to you in a timely manner.
• Please use Same Day Delivery (package safety reasons) if you're based in Metro Manila to avoid delays in receiving your parcels

We can ship your order overseas to your hotel via DHL, our chosen courier.

But please note that paper can get heavy real quick, and the price of shipping out heavy boxes can reach up to PHP 5,000-7,000 on express.
